My 1997 Audi A4 1.8T was experiencing some engine power-loss issues that proved quite difficult to troubleshoot. And if the great customer service and quality workmanship wasn't enough, I received a hand-written thank you note a few days later in the mail. Just when I thought things were great, they got better. When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.
