This is the Absolute WORST Mechanics shop in all of Utah County!! I highly recommend DO NOT take your vehicles here!! They had my car for one week and could not figure out what was wrong with it. They threw in part after part and charged me $400 and it is still not fixed!! I now have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Ind. Import has serviced our car many times (preventative and correction). If you have a German-built car these guys are your experts. They stand by their work, too. There was an instance where Thayne (the owner) took our car back in and reworked a complicated, previous job free of charge, which otherwise would have been hundreds of dollars in labor. Lower prices than the dealership and better quality work. The staff is incredibly friendly - Matt, the service manager, is particularly awesome. Sad to be leaving the area but if I can come back I will. They've made us loyal customers and we'll recommend them to everyone we know.

I have gone to Paul's for information twice in as many weeks. Spoke to entirely different people each time and they were all free with their knowledge and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision while also saving money. The work I'm planning on for my Avalanche will be done at Paul's.

The shop did some prior work for me in July and I spent $5749.62 and told my truck would run like a new truck. I received a FIXED FOREVER parts and labor Warranty. Now the first part of September my service engine light comes on so I take it back to Steve's to have it checked out. They stated they would run a test after they pulled the codes. Call back and just the gas cap, no big deal, until I went to get my truck and they wanted over $200.00 for the gas cap. They told me that I was informed on the phone about the cost and I stated why would I be so upset if I agreed to that much for a gas cap. He stated he would check the call and I said go ahead and you will find you never told me about the extra charges just to put on a new gas cap. Both Kathy and I have had our vehicles worked on here before and they seem honest in the beginning but watch out after that. I don't like being lied to and I surely would not pay $200.00 for a gas cap. Once confronted they only charged me for a $26.00 gas cap, still expensive and did not honor my Car Care Club discount that cost me $99.95. Don't be afraid to stand up for what is right even if they get mad and pout like a child who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

Pulled in at 5:45 on a Friday night. Expected the technicians would be rude or treat me like a inconvenience. To my surprise they were more polite than someone working for tips. Having looked at my truck for just a few minutes the technician gave me a few simple tips that I needed to do for inspection (battery tie down, intermittent blinker) they told me they could do it or I could. I went back Saturday and passed emmisions and inspection with no problem. Thanks B. Carson you are the best!!
