Im honestly surprised that there arent more reviews for this gem! Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) Mr. Kim is "the man." I took my 1989 Jeep YJ for extensive work, including removing a bolt-broken exhaust manifold for gasket replacement, chasing vacuum leaks, diagnosing "death wobble" due to a faulty sway bar link, and a handful of other things. I got the vehicle back in spectacular condition. His estimate was spot on (even said he didn't feel comfortable charging me for something because it'd put me over the original estimate), the service was performed perfectly, and in a timely fashion. He's also incredibly kind and honest from what I can tell. In fact, I overheard a telephone conversation, the content of which I won't disclose out of privacy respect, but the conversation reinforced my belief that he is a very honest businessperson. I've recommended the shop to other local patrons and will be taking the YJ back there for routine maintenance as well as any (*knock on wood*) repairs. I recommend Skyline without hesitation.

I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.

I have a big jeep and big tires, could find a place around that wasnt' going to charge me hundreds of dollars just to change the valve stems. I got referred to weber tire by a friend and I'm so glad they did. They charge me a quarter the of the price any where else did and they got it done fast! I planned on it being there for a bit so I had my wife pick me up to go to lowes. They were already working on it before I left and by the time I was a lowes, 5 minutes later they called me and said it was done and even cheaper than they quoted me. I'll definitely be returning to these guys!

“I was dissatisfied with the service provided as they failed to inform me about the need for a re-inspection. Upon returning, I was charged again for a new inspection because the initial one had expired. This caused inconvenience, as I couldn’t register my car at the MVA. Additionally, during the second inspection, they insisted on repairing a part of my vehicle that the dealer confirmed was not necessary. It seems they prioritize profit over genuine service, leaving me to cover costly repairs for something that isn’t even faulty.”and I have to bring my car i again to be re inspected so I hope this time pass and they don’t came out with something else !!

I wanted to wait to see how the repairs I received here worked out. Good news! My car is still running great. My car broke down nearby this place and I limped in to their parking lot and left the key in the drop box. They have a website that shows that they accept overnight and weekend vehicles, which was a reason why I dropped my car off there. I lucked out, because these guys did a great job. They were very clear about what was wrong when they called me, and they gave me good advice about the timing belt being changed. It's been a few long driving trips and my car is still running well and not overheating. They did a great job and if I lived closer to them, I'd take my car there again. John Kennedy
