This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. My son bumped a curb parallel parking he broke a tierod this garage wanted to charge 1350 dollars for all new suspension parts be aware of this place care got fixed for 250 dollars shame on you

I have a big jeep and big tires, could find a place around that wasnt' going to charge me hundreds of dollars just to change the valve stems. I got referred to weber tire by a friend and I'm so glad they did. They charge me a quarter the of the price any where else did and they got it done fast! I planned on it being there for a bit so I had my wife pick me up to go to lowes. They were already working on it before I left and by the time I was a lowes, 5 minutes later they called me and said it was done and even cheaper than they quoted me. I'll definitely be returning to these guys!

Their service department is very slow and not very friendly. We called to make an appointment and asked if we could have a loaner car. They said yes. We showed up the next morning and they charged us for the loaner car. The loaner car should be called a rental car, not a loaner car. It also says LOANER all over it which makes the dealership look great but we were the ones paying for the car.

The arrogance and anti customer service attitude of the 2 men who seem to always be the ones working the counter makes this Exxon a place you don't want to go. STAY AWAY if you can. If you want excuses rather than good service this is the place to go!
