Most unprofessional hack I've experienced in a while. When I asked him how much it he would charge to mount and balance a tire I brought with me he didn't seem to like my response saying I would have it done elsewhere despite having already paid for two tires and went on to say I could take the entire job elsewhere. Piss poor way to run a business, and only reflects the immature boy that he is. In the end, he actually did me a favor by choosing not to work on my car. I ended up with better (name brand) tires for less somewhere else installed by individuals that grasp the concept of customer service. Claims he has six locations. Wonder if they are all hovel/junkyards like the joint he was working at. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple dollars more so you don't have to deal with a punk like this.

This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. DON'T give this POS your business, save YOUR money Remove review

My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. I've since purchased a used Subaru and have had it there for service and couldn't be happier. Brian Ben and their staff are excellent mechanics and extremely honest. I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. API is a great alternative. The people who work at API are familiar with Mercedes cars, have the right tools to service them, and are able to get the right parts.
