This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I took my 2019 car with 2668 miles in to Maaco and Glen Burnie on Azur Dr for some minor damage to the driver side door and rear bumper on driver side. The interior of my car was covered in dust. AlsoI now have paint spray on my windshield and on both passenger side windows. I have tape lines and paint spray on my roof as well as my trunk. I also have paint spray runoff on both passenger doors. DO NOT GO TO MACCO IN GLEN BURNIE MD. THE WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH ARE BELOW ANY STANDARDS OF ACCEPTABILITY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE A -10 RATING!
