As far as my experience goes, the mechanic team there is the best. Phil has helped out my entire family and the array of issues our cars have had (Acura, Ford, Infiniti). I went in today to see him for the first time, asked for him by name, and he came right out and had me pull my car up to the bay. He then ran some scans based on the issues I told him and laid it all out for me, advised me on a starburst that I recently got on my windshield (and gave me a company he recommended), and a couple of other issues. I basically harassed him with all my questions/concerns and got straightforward, honest advice and it cost me NOTHING. I took my 2019 car with 2668 miles in to Maaco and Glen Burnie on Azur Dr for some minor damage to the driver side door and rear bumper on driver side. The interior of my car was covered in dust. AlsoI now have paint spray on my windshield and on both passenger side windows. I have tape lines and paint spray on my roof as well as my trunk. I also have paint spray runoff on both passenger doors. DO NOT GO TO MACCO IN GLEN BURNIE MD. THE WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH ARE BELOW ANY STANDARDS OF ACCEPTABILITY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE A -10 RATING!
