I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, they really care about their clients, provide superior customer service and outstanding mechanical services! Serious noise and tire instability led us to Chris, Joshua & Emily. Even though they were booked, they went out of their way to determine what was wrong and how to quickly, safely and effectively fix it while accommodating our schedule, and making sure we weren't stranded....this is our only car and we broke down elsewhere. Without wasting any time, Emily began searching for rims, once Chris & Joshua made the determination. They worked overtime to get the car back to us, Joshua drove it to us, they got us in quicker than previously anticipated, and did everything they could to minimize a potentially dangerous situation. Most garages have you wait.. not them.. they went overboard trying to make sure we could get home while they found the part. Fixed the next day, and no problems! First time we've ever had a good car garage experience! Thank you, staff...we are so glad we found your shop!

Overall a great place to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.

Professional and personable gentlemen, give these guys a try. Well run shop, honest and dependable work. Had front end work and brakes done here. They will give you suggestions about how to make your car run better, but won't do any work unless you approve it. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

All 4 of my wheels were damaged in the same way while getting tires mounted at Midas in Warrenton, VA. There are now scratches on the outer surface of each wheel. Mike, the owner, said that there was no way that they could have done the damage and offered to have it corrected by a third party at a cost of $360 to me. As other customers have experienced in other reviews, Mike was arrogant and rude - to the point of arguing with another customer on the phone while I waited to pick up my now damaged vehicle. I won't be going back for my own reasons but also because Mike told me that he would not service my vehicles in the future.
