The people were very friendly and helpful. I decided not to get some of the work done there as I found much cheaper options elsewhere, but that was my choice and not a problem with Nielson’s. My main frustration is that a day after I had my car looked at there (and had the problems they identified addressed by another cheaper garage), the car failed a safety inspection for three things that did not show up anywhere on their report: parking break not holding, and a front and rear marker light out. Those seem like very easy things to identify, especially the lights, so not sure why they were missed.

Superior has been my garage for over a decade based on a recommendation from another satisfied customer. Tom is the best. He knows cars and shoots straight. Takes care of his customers like family. If he can't fix it, he will send you to the right place or take it there himself. He will get the work done while you are at work in dc; by offering to pick up and drop off your car at the train station.
