I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I am very appreciative not only for the great work that was done but, for how respectful all of them were to me! Thank you guys!!

I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GO THERE!!! SIGNED A former employee.
