We just moved to the area and needed a new shop to go to. We loved our old go to place, so they had a high bar to meet- and they met it. They’re efficient, knowledgeable, and provided details of recommended work, including why/when it should be done. I also LOVE how they use text/email to update me on details of recommend work (with pictures and itemized cost of each service). This allowed me to quickly approve services while at work, causing zero delays in getting everything done. In short, they made my life easier and did a phenomenal job- we couldn’t ask for more!

We have been living for several years with a very load noise coming out of the rear of our Rav4 Limited. I asked Air Park Auto to diagnose the problem. They said it was most likely a rear wheel bearing. Spot on! We had the vehicle serviced last week and voila! the nose it gone. Wonderful! I cannot believe how quiet our car is now. Thanks Air Park Auto, I plan to be back for future maintenance and repairs.

Tire Repair
I have brought my cars here for about 15 years. That should tell you what I think of their service. Extremely competent, scrupulously honest, courteous, fair priced. You can not go wrong by bringing your car here. Totally recommended.

Clutch Repair
My vehicle broke down off of I-95 while I was on my way to Florida (7-8 years ago). I was fortunate to have had a guardian Angel by the name of Jim. He worked on my car through the night and even though the shop was closed on Saturday he got me back on track to visit my family. When I arrived, he even had washed the car for me. I don't know if Jim is still around, but I havent forgoten what he did for me - and I never will. Thank you JIM, and Air Park Auto. - Tadd

5 Star Service and Staff
Over the holidays, I ran over a large piece of metal that flew off of the back of a truck in front of me on a major interstate in VA. I was in a town I didn't know and stuck on the side of the road nearly 2.5 hours from home with a shredded tire. A Good Samaritan pulled over and put my spare on my car (shout out to John if you're reading this!) and he guided me to this shop. I can't emphasize enough how amazing the entire shop was when it came to assisting me. They didn't have the tire I needed to make my 100+ mile journey home but no problem- they went to go pick it up 30 minutes away to help. I waited for less than two hours as they fed me snacks and sodas and made sure I stopped panicking in the process. They were fair on pricing and didn't even think twice of ripping of a woman who was so frantic. In today's world, it feels good to know people like these still exist! Whether you live nearby or have the same unfortunate turn of events as I did, don't hesitate to go here. You will be happy you did! Vanessa I. Baltimore, MD

Honest Auto Repair
I've never had a bad experience here. They're reliable and up front with me about costs and work that my car needs and never pressure me into buying anything. If I say "no" to something, they don't push, which I really appreciate. I've taken my car here for oil changes and other check ups for years and love their service.
