Electric car repair service near Chantilly, VA

Hall's is my first stop when I have issues with my wife's mid-size SUV or my full-size truck. They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)

THANK GOODNESS I BROUGHT MY CAR IN WHEN I DID! THE MECHANIC TOLD ME MY DRIVER SIDE AXLE WAS ABOUT TO FALL OFF! I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS MY BRAKES! THANK YOU MID ATLANTIC SERVICE CENTER!

I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....

I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. From day one, J & F has exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service, taking the time to explain to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be repaired asap and what can wait. I am a fanatic when it comes to my car and they understand that. They are what an automotive repair shop should strive to model themselves after.

I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.

Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.
