I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.

LT is the best BMW (or any German car) repair shop around. He also works on Japanese brands, but do now know about them. He is honest, friendly and thorough and his prices are MORE than REASONABLE. Think in terms of a fraction of what dealers charge. He used to have a shop in Manassas, but now works from home and mobile. He provides a written estimate prior to any repairs and sticks to it - no ticket shock when you pick up your vehicle. In short, LT under-promises and over-delivers while being most pleasant to deal with. If you love your BMW as I do, you have rocks in your head if you trust it to anyone else.

I received a birthday coupon for a discount oil change, I went on a sat to get it done, they told me that they only do coupon M-F I made a appooinment for the following Tuesday 8:30am I showed up when they saw that I had a coupon on my hand they told me that they didnt have any appoinment under any name for that time, the guy behind the counter didnt even bother to look it up instead he searched on a scratch paper and said nope I dont have your name here, then he told me that they only accept coupons on Wednesday, I think they send coupons at home to try to get you to come in, and hopefully get you to paid full price by telling you they dont take coupons that day you are in.

“I was dissatisfied with the service provided as they failed to inform me about the need for a re-inspection. Upon returning, I was charged again for a new inspection because the initial one had expired. This caused inconvenience, as I couldn’t register my car at the MVA. Additionally, during the second inspection, they insisted on repairing a part of my vehicle that the dealer confirmed was not necessary. It seems they prioritize profit over genuine service, leaving me to cover costly repairs for something that isn’t even faulty.”and I have to bring my car i again to be re inspected so I hope this time pass and they don’t came out with something else !!
