I've been going to Marv & Mikes for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed. When I married, my husband was a "dealership " person. He finally became frustrated with prices and poor service. I'm glad to be back to using Marv & Mike. They never fail me.

Great shop with excellent service. I will definitely be bringing my car back next time it's in need of repairs. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Butler Automotive Services, Inc. is a full service auto repair facility that has been serving the community since 1973. Originally located in a modest facility off North Stonestreet Avenue in Rockville, Butler Automotive has expanded and grown over the years, requiring two moves to larger facilities. The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

LT is the best BMW (or any German car) repair shop around. He also works on Japanese brands, but do now know about them. He is honest, friendly and thorough and his prices are MORE than REASONABLE. Think in terms of a fraction of what dealers charge. He used to have a shop in Manassas, but now works from home and mobile. He provides a written estimate prior to any repairs and sticks to it - no ticket shock when you pick up your vehicle. In short, LT under-promises and over-delivers while being most pleasant to deal with. If you love your BMW as I do, you have rocks in your head if you trust it to anyone else.

These guys are awesome. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. There shop rates are lower, and they take time to explain what does and what does not need repairs. I have been very pleased with their work, integrity, and their advice. They really have done a lot to demonstrate I can trust them to take good care of my cars, without recommending unnecessary repairs. They recently added emissions and safety inspections. They also sold me tires. I'm so grateful, because unlike Costco, they take care of anything that might impact tire wear. You'll be glad that you now have someone to call your mechanic.

I definitely recommend this shop for ladies who have no knowledge of cars and still looking for an honest and professional place that they can take their cars to for any repairs and maintenance service (without being dependent on their men!). Besides, the shop appearance says a lot about the shop owners. I wish them all the best in the future.

This is one of my favorite places in Lake Ridge. Today Adam helped prove why. He repaired my hopeless WHEELBARROW TIRE in less than 20 minutes! I am back in home yard business and Lake Ridge Auto has come through once again!!! Love this place!!! Mary N. Occoquan, VA

I have taken my 02 Passat to them a couple of times for repairs and have received good service both over the phone and in person. The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

When I took the van to the shop, I allowed the owner to talk me into having them rebuild the transmission vs installing an already rebuilt one that would have been cheaper. What swayed me was his comment they warranted their transmissions, but the remanufactured ones were good for 90 days. $3500 and 28000 miles later, the rebuilt one died. When questioned about the warranty, he proceeded to list a dozen reasons that would have voided the warranty..."but, bring it in and we'll look at it" was his last comment. So, if I bring it in, he can rebuild it again for another $3500 and give me another $28000 miles??? I don't think so. I've been burned once but won't be burned twice. I wouldn't go back to his shop if someone paid me to do so and would caution others to ster clear of the place. Needless to say, I am a very unhappy camper! I gave it a one star, only because the system would not permit me to post without entering something. I would have liked to give him zero stars.

Friendly staff who showed me what my BMW needed and clearly explained all the technical jargon. There price was 1/3 less than a well known chain. Highly recommend.
