I received fast, honest and reliable service. BA Auto far exceeded my expectations and lived up to their positive reviews online. I had an unknown problem with my vehicle and didn't know what to expect. Of course I thought the worst and was anticipating an expensive repair. BA Auto diagnosed the issue and it ended up being a missing bolt and a few loose ones. They had my vehicle taken care of the same day and the charge was more than affordable. It was a huge relief to receive honest service at a more than reasonable rate. I'll be bringing my vehicle here for service when needed in the future! Serviced in September 2021.

Paid $222 for A/C service and cabin air filter replacement because the air vent smells bad when I turn on the A/C. It still smells bad after 1 week of service.

After moving my 1990 Corvette up from Florida, I was looking for a shop to take care of it. I was charged over $1000 labor for what seemed to me about 3 hours work. I asked my FL mechanic (who has performed all work since I bought the car) to review the invoice. My suspicions were confirmed when he said Walter is a clown and a ripoff artist. Needless to say, my efforts to get a sensible invoice or justification of a 100% inflated invoice have been met with stonewalling and now silence. This shop is anything but professional. Move on if you value the contents of your wallet.

Mr. Kim is "the man." I took my 1989 Jeep YJ for extensive work, including removing a bolt-broken exhaust manifold for gasket replacement, chasing vacuum leaks, diagnosing "death wobble" due to a faulty sway bar link, and a handful of other things. I got the vehicle back in spectacular condition. His estimate was spot on (even said he didn't feel comfortable charging me for something because it'd put me over the original estimate), the service was performed perfectly, and in a timely fashion. He's also incredibly kind and honest from what I can tell. In fact, I overheard a telephone conversation, the content of which I won't disclose out of privacy respect, but the conversation reinforced my belief that he is a very honest businessperson. I've recommended the shop to other local patrons and will be taking the YJ back there for routine maintenance as well as any (*knock on wood*) repairs. I recommend Skyline without hesitation.

I was at this shop 3 times and paid expencive repair , at last repair for $1023 I paid, but wasn't happy that he lost my remote from the car and didn't want to refund $120 for Honda car Remote. After ugly dispute and arguments , he gave me new remote , which is not matching my car, he wasn't able to programm. Basically it is useless. He claimed that my car panel is not working , broken . But All worked before his service. I regret, That support his business 3 times. Bad Customer service ! Dianna Y.

I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.
