The nice young lady asked what type of oil changes I wanted and I chos... read more The nice young lady asked what type of oil changes I wanted and I chose the 19.99 special. When it came time to pay, it was over 30 dollars. I asked why and the grease monkey told me it was because my car used six 1/2 quarts of oil. I said I didnt know there was a limit and he said we charge 5 dollars for each quart over 5. I said If I had known that I would have not had the work done. He became quiet and I said so customer service doesn't matter here and he said I am not going to belabor the point. I should be glad I dont drive a porche. In other words he was not going to argue with me. I would be happy to drive a porche but I am not happy about bad customer service at a oil change shop. The correct thing to do would have been to give me a discount or offer an apology. I got neither. With that said, I will not return to this shop and will make sure I tell everyone I know not to visit there either.
