I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I am very appreciative not only for the great work that was done but, for how respectful all of them were to me! Thank you guys!!

I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. My husband and I are new to the area and we were looking for a new mechanic. Unfortunately, we needed to find one sooner rather than later when my car wouldn't start one morning. My husband called Antietam Auto because its .6 miles from our house. They gave us the number to a great tow company that they usually work with and I had my car towed there within the next day. By the end of the day, Justin had diagnosed that I needed a new starter and had ordered it right away. He had my car fixed and ready to go by 10am the next day! I was blown away by how fast he fixed my car and by the low price he charged me compared to other mechanics I have gone to. He even did a complementary 27 point inspection of my car which I thought was a very nice touch. I am BEYOND thrilled with my experience with Justin!!
