Go here expecting to get a simple job done, and next they you know they hit you with the " Oh there are Unicorns jumping around in your engine.. you should get that fixed today" I waited for almost 7 hours to get this "work" I went there for a "FREE" tire rotation next thing you know i'm out $500 because of "necessary" repairs. Oh yeah and if you want to know how long it will take.. just wait someone will tell you... WHEN you get up and ask them yourself. Very unprofessional and rude. I'd rather push my car home, then ever go there again!

Route 15 Classic Garage I have been an avid BMW owner over the years and am quite picky about how I get my car serviced. I have an aging BMW X5 and as most BMW owners well know, it’s not inexpensive to maintain these cars. When I visited the new Route 15 Classic Garage to get my safety inspection, I learned that they also offer mechanical services as well. They brought in some high quality experienced mechanics that have worked on both foreign and domestic cars. I also learned that they have all the equipment necessary to repair these vehicles just like the Dealers, so I thought I would give these guys a try at repairing my back brakes. The owner, Ed (very personable) told me he could get the brakes completed at a rate under $100 per hour, saving me roughly $20-$30 per hour vs the competition. He also offered flexibility with the equipment - using the same materials that BMW uses or as other options, similar suggested equipment, or equipment that I desired. I really liked the flexibility. I can honestly say, my brake repair job was done to my satisfaction, completed on time, and at a rate that was very reasonable. I was impressed with the staff of new employees here and their ability to do foreign car repairs. I had a great experience at this new repair facility and will definitely go back there again.

I wanted to wait to see how the repairs I received here worked out. Good news! My car is still running great. My car broke down nearby this place and I limped in to their parking lot and left the key in the drop box. They have a website that shows that they accept overnight and weekend vehicles, which was a reason why I dropped my car off there. I lucked out, because these guys did a great job. They were very clear about what was wrong when they called me, and they gave me good advice about the timing belt being changed. It's been a few long driving trips and my car is still running well and not overheating. They did a great job and if I lived closer to them, I'd take my car there again. John Kennedy

We just discovered them on craigslist when we needed to fix one of the lights on our BMV 321i 2009 model. We called and left a message on the phone number provided and they called us back and we booked an appointment for same day. We met David the General Manager at the nicely decorated office and workshop at Chantilly. He was very professional and knowledgeable on BMWs. In fact we were very impressed with the diagnoses he gave us on other issues on our car. They also gave us a good discount on oil change and the icing was 2 year warranty for the parts we purchased from them which actually came from the dealership. They also gave us a good discount. My wife and I have been taking our cars to Chantilly Automotive for over 5 years now at the recommendation of a co-worker. I have met with Bill, the owner, and Chris and Sonny; each of them has been fair, knowledgeable, and courteous every time we have taken our cars there. I think they deserve much better than the 2 and 1 star ratings they received several years ago. They used to offer a shuttle service to my work a few years ago, but had to cut back when the recession hit. However, my wife and I make it work to take our cars there because they are so reliable.

I just want to tell anyone that is planning to go there to buy a car..my advice to you DON'T DON'T DON'T.. it will be the biggest mistake you do in your life. The sales people are very pushy and they will give you a very rude behavior once you say give me a minute to think. And also asking any question is a big NO, they want to sell the car that's all, I went today for an oil change and I told them about a noise I hear from day one and the customer service MANAGER DOUG started yelling telling me how hard his life with dealing with customers and just walked away after that creating a big scene. I will never go there again and we will never ever recommend this place for anyone.
