Chrysler service near Mason Neck, VA

I love Census Auto Repair. I have been going there for about five years for various auto repairs and have never been dissappointed. One of the reasons I love them is because of their knowledge about vehicles (I have had several that they have serviced),professionalism and they treat me with so much respect. I never feel taken advantage of or overcharged. When I'm asked why I don't take my vehicle (Lexus Nt200) to the dealer, my response is always, why you don't take your vehicle to Census. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work Census! You have a lifetime customer.

It was a very smooth experience. I love the waiting rooms. The young man who assisted me was excellent. Had a great experience. I don’t remember his name but I was there on June 30 and I was there around 9:30 and got a State Inspection

They have started to much overcharge for all services. Recently i had a oil change service and inspection and they changed cabin filter and charged ke $200. Even dealer would have done for much much less than them.

I'm very particular and cautious where I take my car too, and I must say that this place is the best to get any kind of customization done. The owner, Drew, as well as the staff are very knowledgable about this business, and are great people persons with excellent customer service. I was there to get my fog lights replaced, and he was able to do it to my liking. I'm coming back next week to get my headlights done and I have full confidence that they'll take good care of my car.

Thanks to the guys at Just-N-Tyme. Went in to talk about my car. They squeezed me in and checked it and gave me a report on the things that needed to be addressed. Rob & Bob do a good job listening to the work I want done, describing the work they identify that needs to be done, and then completing the work on time. I recommend them to all my friends. After moving my 1990 Corvette up from Florida, I was looking for a shop to take care of it. I was charged over $1000 labor for what seemed to me about 3 hours work. I asked my FL mechanic (who has performed all work since I bought the car) to review the invoice. My suspicions were confirmed when he said Walter is a clown and a ripoff artist. Needless to say, my efforts to get a sensible invoice or justification of a 100% inflated invoice have been met with stonewalling and now silence. This shop is anything but professional. Move on if you value the contents of your wallet.

I received a birthday coupon for a discount oil change, I went on a sat to get it done, they told me that they only do coupon M-F I made a appooinment for the following Tuesday 8:30am I showed up when they saw that I had a coupon on my hand they told me that they didnt have any appoinment under any name for that time, the guy behind the counter didnt even bother to look it up instead he searched on a scratch paper and said nope I dont have your name here, then he told me that they only accept coupons on Wednesday, I think they send coupons at home to try to get you to come in, and hopefully get you to paid full price by telling you they dont take coupons that day you are in.
