Any parts can be ordered by any mechanic, but not just any mechanic knows electrical systems like Mike Hartman does. He has been working on my family's vehicles for years. He is the best mechanic on the peninsula.

We call 30+ boat repair shops in the area to get our boat fixed in time for Memorial Day weekend and Grizzard was BY FAR the most responsive and then were the only ones that went out of their way to get us a quote, get us the parts that we needed and ensured that we were taken care of. Carlton was in constant communication with us, gave us an option to spend less money on a new propeller, and offered impeccable customer service. Please dont waste your money going to that place . If you dont have a new car dont go there . They will rip you off . Even if there is nothing wrong with you they will show you 1000 problems. I went there to do an inspection for my car 1999 altima . which had no apparent problem . They gave me 10 different problems and asked me to do a 600 dollar maintenance , basically asking me to change the light bulbs ,cleaning,rear tail light lens changes and what not...

While my car was in his shop he drove it thru the Portsmouth tunnel, he said to match the headlight. I got the bills because it is my car, he admitted it was him that made the charge. I sent him every bill I got, now its been sent to a collection agency. I cannot renew my license plates that expire the end of this month until its paid. For awhile he gave me excuses, then it was flat out lies. Now he is ghosting me. He owns his shop, I live on social security month to month. He was my trusted mechanic for 16 years. He used to say I wasn't just a customer I was a friend, with friends like that I don't need enemies. I would have given him 0 stars but not an option.
