The mechanic started the work at the scheduled time, completed it quickly and did not try to sell me some service I did not request (some shops seem to make a practice of this - I believe in order to drain more money out of the customer). Overall, very satisfied with the service and reception at the service desk as well.

Scheduling an appointment using your online system could not have been easier. Your system is a good example of how useful software can be when it is designed, written and executed properly. There was never a minute that I was not kept abreast of the activity involving my car. My experience has always been a positive one at American Pride. I was visiting Williamsburg and had a starter fail. American Pride was recommended by the tow operator. I called the shop (from home) as they were opening the next morning. They were extremely friendly, professional, and proactive. Within minutes of my vehicles arrival they had called me back with a diagnosis and followed it up with an electronic report. Repairs were complete within an hour and a half, and I was notified by text message. I was again very impressed when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. The service writer desk and waiting area were stylish, modern, and spotless. It gave me a strong sense that the owner wants to deliver a quality product.
