Over filled my car with oil. Wont be going back

Do NOT take your car here! We took one in for a $400 radiator issue and they blew the engine and then refused to even talk to us about it. The repairs ended up costing 10 times what it was supposed to be originally and took weeks to figure out. The people here are liars or they just don't know what the heck they are talking about. Either way they destroy perfectly good vehicles and then won't own up to it.

While my car was in his shop he drove it thru the Portsmouth tunnel, he said to match the headlight. I got the bills because it is my car, he admitted it was him that made the charge. I sent him every bill I got, now its been sent to a collection agency. I cannot renew my license plates that expire the end of this month until its paid. For awhile he gave me excuses, then it was flat out lies. Now he is ghosting me. He owns his shop, I live on social security month to month. He was my trusted mechanic for 16 years. He used to say I wasn't just a customer I was a friend, with friends like that I don't need enemies. I would have given him 0 stars but not an option.

This is a CRIMINAL store that Norfolk BBB authorities should shut down immediately. They charged me $160 for an oil change!!! For Mobil 1 full synthetic they charged me $69 for 5 qts whereas my car's dealership charges $39 for the same oil same amount. When I confronted them with this bill, they said "that's our price" that's it, no ther explanation! If this is not extortion in plain daylight, I don't know what is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE--AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Horrible experience at this shop!!! ASE technician did NOT even know how to mount the tire, he had to ask!!! Motor-hood was badly scratched afterwards and they had a very bad attitude and were NOT willing to help!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! BE BEWARE!!!

I can in on 11-08-2016 to have my oil changed and after it was done I left. I notice the next morning my brakes wasn't working right. The brake pedal went all the way to the floor so I pulled over to the nearest store to see what was wrong and realized I had no brake fluid in my car. There was nothing wrong with my brakes the day before I took my car to get serviced at the walmart. In the process of getting my oil changed my brake line was Pierced. I called up there after I discovered the situation and was told we don't do brakes. I'm going to take my paperwork to my lawyer and see about getting my brake line replaced since they don't do brake lines. Never again will they touch my car ever. Second time they did my car wrong while changing my oil. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR!!!
