This is a CRIMINAL store that Norfolk BBB authorities should shut down immediately. They charged me $160 for an oil change!!! For Mobil 1 full synthetic they charged me $69 for 5 qts whereas my car's dealership charges $39 for the same oil same amount. When I confronted them with this bill, they said "that's our price" that's it, no ther explanation! If this is not extortion in plain daylight, I don't know what is.
