BEWARE!!!!!! Shop employees or manager robbed me blind. Seen my out of state tags I guess. Stolen over $2500 from me. He parks cars outside of there lot where no cameras are, also known for breakin he claims. Car was not broken into but just robbed by employees. Beware your vehicles are not safe from this establishment. Very shady. This would never happen under Sean the owner. Terrible management now!!

Wow! Talk about compassionate people...this staff is AWESOME! I had a problem with my tires (TOYO) from the factory, only 12,000 miles on my 2013 car. I explained the problem and they got right on it. One tire appears to be out-of-round and all lose tire pressure together and the light comes on. I am very picky about my vehicles and have been to the dealer as scheduled for rotation and balance. Just had an alignment done that barely was needed,,only right toe off a bit. These people called the office and went to TOYO for answers. I haven't heard back from factory yet, but if you want someone who cares and knows their stuff. The mechanic, William, explained everything in details I could understand. It appears 2013 Mazda 5 may have some camber issues on this model. There is a kit to fix the adjustment. They didn't charge for the inspection, info, or rotation. The one tire still has issues (that is NOT their fault). They are working on getting them replaced for me! Thanks everyone who assisted and especially William and April Foster. Recommend this place!

In town for couple months and needed to replace 2 tires. They had the lowest prices around service was excellent and the guy at the desk was very cordial despite his rough appearance. If I need another 2 tires I will definitely come back.

Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

I had a great experience at Ms Tuffy. I called and explained my situation and they were helpful from the beginning. Mike kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and when there were additional problems, he offered a loaner car for me to use. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the manager and the entire staff and the work they do. I will definitely recommend Ms Tuffy to everyone I know and if the need arises, will be a repeat customer.

Hall's Tire & Auto did an excellent job. I suffered a flat and had been waiting to get new brake pads. Hall's fixed both for me, no appointment needed, in just a couple of hours. The reviews on Yelp were spot on - excellent customer service, quick repair, established business in place for 66 years. If you need repair work, I recommend Hall's.

Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.

BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GO THERE!!! SIGNED A former employee.

2/10/2021 My car broke down near this shop, so I limped it in only to meet EID. He took my car overnight, called me to inform me my Upper Idler Pulley($71) and Lower Idler Pulley($69) and One missing Lug Nut($5) were the problem. After another ($47 diagnostic fee, a $95 one hour labor charge to install the parts, and $20 for a safety inspection, I paid EID $315 for the "services" telling him I would come back later to pick up my vehicle when I could get a ride. At some point from when I dropped my car off the night before to when I picked it up later in the afternoon the next day, my car was vandalized and damaged with feces, an emptied out ash tray of cigarette butts, and someones dirty clothing and masks and the perpetrator left a key to my surprise. When confronting EID about the vehicles property damage he could only explain that he had nothing to do with it and it could of happened anywhere. However my car was on his lot under his care custody and control during this entire time. It only could of happened during this time while on his lot. Even if the damage happened after I paid and the two hours before I picked it up one would think a concerned business owner would keep an eye on his customers property. However EID wants to try to explain what happened and whether it was his fault or not, the correct business thing to do would be to apologize and do what he could to fix the issue like reimburse me some of my overpriced service expenses for $20 worth of parts(please google upper and lower idler pulley costs for proof) and his dealership priced labor fees($95/hr) plus his diagnostic fee($47) on top of his overpriced labor and service costs, so that I could have my car professionally cleaned, especially with coronavirus running rampant. Instead he could only explain how he could not help me and to deal with it myself. I will never return to this business and will never recommend their service to anyone. DO NOT EVER GO HERE Sad b/c my parents who live near this location told me how they would take their vehicles here and how they no longer get service done there, SAD. I cannot blame them after this experience. Worst business experience I have ever received and that says a lot in this day and age. Truly Disgusting

I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. They looked at it, explained what they saw and why it wasn't needed. So I believe they are honest and not just out to make a buck wherever they can. Frank J. Mechanicsville, VA
