Wheelbearing
Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.

Transmission Repair
I had the tranny cable brake and had to get towed. I chose tuffy to have it towed to since they had done an awesome job on my brakes several months before. I left a key and a short message of what went wrong and jotted down a couple other things they could fix since it was going to be in the garage anyway and dropped it thru the garage window. they were closed at the time. The next day I called at noon to let them know whos car that was and they already had half the work completed. there wasn't no telling me that they had a full schedule or couldn't get to it till 3 days from now. they jumped right on it! I used to go to Merchant tire and that's what they have been doing and getting worse about it! So glad I decided to go to Tuffy. They had to order a part that took a day to get which I understand. they were up front about everything and had a pleasant attitude. I could see the rest of the guys working in the shop and all were busy and helping each other with other customers cars. a rare get it done attitude! The real icing on the cake was the inspection I got was free! The guy said it was their way of giving back to the community. Not sure if that's because I live in the neighborhood or not, but I got two free inspections so far. when I picked up my car it was clean and no dirty greasy finger prints all over the body or interior. they are the shop to go to for me. they will get all my car needs from now on.

Great Pricing and Service was Fast
Their pricing was great and the service was fast. The staff is very professional and friendly and were happy to explain the services I needed and why, which is very nice for someone like me who doesn't know very much. I never felt like my lack of knowledge was being taken advantage of. Oh and the waiting area was awesome, very clean and nice in that it includes charging stations. Hands down the best around, no reason to go anywhere else! -Abram C

Wouldnt bring my car anywhere else now!! Best Customer Service
My experience with Tuffy was amazing! My car wouldn't start late Friday evening when every place was CLOSED. I had to get my car towed home and find a place to fix my car on a Saturday without an appointment since my regular mechanic is closed on the weekends and requires an appointment. I called Tuffy and spoke with Andrew on Saturday morning. He told me to have it towed in and it didn't get there until 11:30 and they were closing at 4:00 p.m. They were able to fix my car and had it ready at 3:00 p.m. Jose and Andrew were very helpful, respectful, friendly, and gave fair pricing! Customer Service Top Notch
I popped in yesterday for an inspection and tire rotation. They we're incredibly busy (1st of the month, go figure). I was told it would be several hours before they could get to me, so I made an appointment for later in the day and went to run errands. I returned at my appointment time, but then realized I had left my credit card at the store I had been at before. I called to see if I could still get in that afternoon and they were extremely accommodating. When I returned they were pretty much able to get me right in. They were so polite, hospitable and courteous and made sure to explain everything that was going on every step of the way. I have been going to Tuffy for years and will continue to do so for those reasons. When you walk through their doors, you're part of their family.

Best Car Repair Experience
My experience was great today.. I had an issue in the manager's Jose absence the day prior in which he was not in and he got it straight and made sure I was satisfied.. Jose and Andrew are awesome!!!!! I recommend them to anyone who needs service done ... Great customer service... Jose main priority was to keep me happy ...that feels good as a paying customer... Auto Repair and Service
I have taken my car to several repair places in the past. Being a single woman, it can be intimidating. THIS WAS THE EXACT OPPOSITE!! I needed an oil change & found the manager and other employees to be very friendly and professional. The breast cancer awareness program they have is amazing. I found I needed brake pads and only had to pay for the labor. Great job...I will definitely be back.
