I've brought my vehicles to this location for the past several years e... read more I've brought my vehicles to this location for the past several years even before it was Auto Bell, I have always been very pleased with the service and cleaning, I never had to point anything out that was missed and always left a great tip. BUT, for the past 4-5 trips to this location I have been very dissapointed! The last few trips have ended with me driving away with a less than clean vehicle even after having to point out things like; needing to be re-vacuumed, interior dressing smeared and caked, windors left with lent and streaks.. I can go on and on. WELL.. This last trip (Today 4/29/11) I took my H3 in to be cleaned, as soon as it came around the corner from the wash I noticed the front hood Louver "WAS MISSING" as I stood up to walk over to find out what happened one of the guys ran around the corner with the Louver ( It's a vent in the center of the hood about the size of.. a TV tray) he quickly layed it back ontop of the hood and began wiping down my car... when I got over there I asked "What the %^$# happened" he said "Oh, my manager will be here in a second" he walked over and got his manager while explaining to him what had happened. After assessing the damage the Manager proceeded to tell me that this was a recall on my vehicle any way and the dealership should be able to take care of it.... He filled out an incident report. I called the dealership right away and scheduled an appt. THEN, when the guy was finished with my car I stick my head in to take a look and I am knocked back with a terrible smell that was all over the interior of my car, Like they had used an old stail rag to wipe down the interior AND this guy got some kind of thick sticky stuff on my passenger seat (like syrup or something) The manager said "I dont know" and asked if I wanted a fragrance???? THATS IT! I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AND I WILL BE SUEING THIS COMPANY IF I GET CHARGED 1 CENT FOR THE REPAIR OF MY LOUVER. AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, DONT KNOW, CHAT WITH, BLOG
