I know it was difficult to get the window up from being all the way down and having to deal with the electric latch. I appreciate the commitment and effort of the mechanic getting the job done in a relatively short amount of time.

Family owned business since 1947. We are known for radiator and a/c services, however we are a full automotive repair facility.

My Jeep was having some sensor and noise issues so I took it in for Jerry to look at. He found the issues and let me know exactly what the charges would be to fix it. He had the work done as soon as the parts came in. I would highly recommend Jerry and will be going back for any issues that I have in the future. He was very professional and kind.

We call 30+ boat repair shops in the area to get our boat fixed in time for Memorial Day weekend and Grizzard was BY FAR the most responsive and then were the only ones that went out of their way to get us a quote, get us the parts that we needed and ensured that we were taken care of. Carlton was in constant communication with us, gave us an option to spend less money on a new propeller, and offered impeccable customer service. I took my truck to this shop from the recommendation of a friend and the mechanic was AWESOME! He diagnosed my issue without charging me a huge fee and then when it came time to do the job he got it done the same day! He also checked a couple of other issues for me and gave me some price estimates so I could plan appropriately for those. I would recommend JM Auto to everyone!

BLEW UP my engine! Two separate ASE mechanics confirmed it was this shop’s mistake. Tom (owner) refused to file claim and won’t return calls. Calling JAG and red flagging this business. $5k cost now to replace.

Mr T. my husband & I gave you not one but 2 windshields at a great price, I treated you like I would every customer of mine, but I can not let you bash us and not give my side of the story, but I guess you thought that every windshield would cost the same as the other 2 did...so I'm sorry that we could not give the windshield to you at no cost...we are in business to make money, not rip you off, and give you a quality job done with no call back for bad workmanship.... I spent the money to take my car to get it diagnosed by this group of guys. It just happens to be close to where I live and easily accessible from Monticello. I thoroughly explained symptoms of my car to the gentlemen, and they came back and said that my water pump must not be working and that they had 2 of their techs both arrive at the same idea. What kind of techs cant trace a coolant leak to a HOLE in a hose. They tried to quote me almost 700 dollars to fix the timing and water pump because it needed it. Had another company look at it..they immidiately told me I had a hose leak, and that my thermostat was stuck shut. Cost to fix around $85, and What do you know..it was fixed. I HATE scam artist, and I HATE mechanics shops that try to get over on PEOPLE. I will make sure my friends and the rest of NSU and ODU student know to NEVER trust this shop. I just hope I saved one person from spending WAY more then needed from a dishonest Mechanic. I'm Beyond angry that they blatantly tried to scam me. Typical worthless , unreliable, dishonest Car Mechanics Shop. The PLUS is for plus we'll try to catch gullible people who believe us and take your whole paycheck

Please to everyone out avoid this place like the plague these guy do not know what they are doing. I went in for a tuneup. I thought he changed all 8 so I went for a test drive car running like crap worst than before I brought it to them. Came back to the shop looked under hood he only changed seven of the eight plugs and wires and did not gap the plugs . One was to hard for him to get to so he left it, So now have to take truck to dealer to get done right.IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE STAY AWAY THEM IT WILL ONLY COST YOU MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE... Terrible. they will rob you blind. aweful service... terrible work... i ended up paying twice as much for something because i had to take it somewhere else to fix what they broke. i will never ever ever go here again.

Please dont waste your money going to that place . If you dont have a new car dont go there . They will rip you off . Even if there is nothing wrong with you they will show you 1000 problems. I went there to do an inspection for my car 1999 altima . which had no apparent problem . They gave me 10 different problems and asked me to do a 600 dollar maintenance , basically asking me to change the light bulbs ,cleaning,rear tail light lens changes and what not...
