tuneup
Please to everyone out avoid this place like the plague these guy do not know what they are doing. I went in for a tuneup. I thought he changed all 8 so I went for a test drive car running like crap worst than before I brought it to them. Came back to the shop looked under hood he only changed seven of the eight plugs and wires and did not gap the plugs . One was to hard for him to get to so he left it, So now have to take truck to dealer to get done right.IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE STAY AWAY THEM IT WILL ONLY COST YOU MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.

brakes oil change came out with damaged tire
These people damaged my tire and when I asked rick at the little creek road location, he basically just left me with there was nothing he could do. My vehicle was in his possession from 12:00 noon until 5:20 pm. I just paid him $726 for a brake job and oil change.I need to know what I can do about this problem. Feb.18,2014 is the day I took my van in for a brake job and came out with a damaged tire.

brakes service
This is the worst place to take your vehicle to get service in Hampton roads area, they are expensive and not trust worthy base on my and several other personnel I talk to experience as customers. I took my car there to have a brake line replace and walk out of there with a repair cost of $877.00. After I leave there and drive my vehicle I felt my brake is very low and soft. I took the vehicle back to the service station for them to look at and they call me and said my master cylinder is now bad and will cost me another $255.00 to get it fix. I personally felt that those mechanic working there are just thinking what may be the problem instead of actual troubleshooting to find the exact fault. for example if you take your vehicle there to get a bolt replace, you will eventually leave there with everything else replace except for that specific bolt which to took it there for. Anyways I took the vehicle to a different mechanic and they took care of my problem for $27.00 which was a also a simple fix. Now I am also staring to wondering if I should have also have a different mechanic double check everything they worked on for my vehicle. This service department should definitely place on a black list for ripping people off!
