BEWARE!!!!!! Shop employees or manager robbed me blind. Seen my out of state tags I guess. Stolen over $2500 from me. He parks cars outside of there lot where no cameras are, also known for breakin he claims. Car was not broken into but just robbed by employees. Beware your vehicles are not safe from this establishment. Very shady. This would never happen under Sean the owner. Terrible management now!!

These guys are great. I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic. It was cleared up and all is good. Attitude, courtesy, responsiveness, listening skills, mechanical understanding ... all top notch. Next time we're here and need auto work - I'll go to them first. I was very happy with the experience.

This is my regular mechanic now. I took my car for an oil change and annual inspection, also needed a couple of things checked out because they weren't working properly. I made an appointment for 7 AM so I could wait for my car. I paid less for my total bill (including the state inspection fee) than I used to pay for an oil change alone. My Acura takes between 4 and 5 quarts of oil, they charged for 4 where I used to go always charged for me for 5 quarts. The two things I had them check ended up being easy fixes (for them) so they didn't charge me to fix them. I was out and on my way in an hour. The people there are friendly and honest. Can't ask for more. They're 5 minutes from my house but I'd go out of my way to have them service my car. I'd give the 10 stars if I could.
