Had a time set up through insurance company & rental company. I was refused for service after already being in touch w/ Quality Autobody previously. This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional.
