Had a time set up through insurance company & rental company. I was refused for service after already being in touch w/ Quality Autobody previously. I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased.
