I have taken my 02 Passat to them a couple of times for repairs and have received good service both over the phone and in person. The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

My pickup needed a new gas tank. It was beyond my capabilities so the truck sat for several years. I had it towed into AA. They easily replaced the gas tank and pointed out a number of safety and repair items that the truck needed. They reworked the brakes, changed out the generator for an alternator and related electrical items, replaced the radiator, fixed the clutch, and generally reworked the truck from front to rear. They did an excellent job and were very reasonable. The odometer did not work and I could not get insurance because I could not track the miles driven. The owner took it home and repaired it for me. I do not know of any other shop that would have taken the time to put this truck back in great running condition while demonstrating the care and diligence to do a first class job. Highly recommend them, especially for older vehicles. Thanks for getting my truck safely back on the road.

John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....

Tom is the best. He knows cars and shoots straight. Takes care of his customers like family. If he can't fix it, he will send you to the right place or take it there himself. He will get the work done while you are at work in dc; by offering to pick up and drop off your car at the train station.

Jack and Darlene Clark are who you want to take your car to. Their staff of highly skilled mechanics know exactly what they're doing, no matter what the problem is. If they can't do it, they know who can. If you are not completely satisfied, Jack and Darlene will do what it takes to make sure you walk away feeling like you've just been serviced by the best. They are willing to work with you to make sure you get what you need to get you back on the road safely, and as quickly as possible.

Avoid this place like the plague. It's now branded as a NAPA store. Employees were very unhelpful, blatantly rude, kept taking lengthy phone calls, too lazy to look up parts, and spent more time joking with each other and talking than actually helping customers. If I could give it a 0, I would.

All 4 of my wheels were damaged in the same way while getting tires mounted at Midas in Warrenton, VA. There are now scratches on the outer surface of each wheel. Mike, the owner, said that there was no way that they could have done the damage and offered to have it corrected by a third party at a cost of $360 to me. As other customers have experienced in other reviews, Mike was arrogant and rude - to the point of arguing with another customer on the phone while I waited to pick up my now damaged vehicle. I won't be going back for my own reasons but also because Mike told me that he would not service my vehicles in the future.

Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship.
