I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. I have a big jeep and big tires, could find a place around that wasnt' going to charge me hundreds of dollars just to change the valve stems. I got referred to weber tire by a friend and I'm so glad they did. They charge me a quarter the of the price any where else did and they got it done fast! I planned on it being there for a bit so I had my wife pick me up to go to lowes. They were already working on it before I left and by the time I was a lowes, 5 minutes later they called me and said it was done and even cheaper than they quoted me. I'll definitely be returning to these guys!

Diagnosed correctly the source of the noise and fixed the problem. Thank you very much .

Their service department is very slow and not very friendly. We called to make an appointment and asked if we could have a loaner car. They said yes. We showed up the next morning and they charged us for the loaner car. The loaner car should be called a rental car, not a loaner car. It also says LOANER all over it which makes the dealership look great but we were the ones paying for the car.

The arrogance and anti customer service attitude of the 2 men who seem to always be the ones working the counter makes this Exxon a place you don't want to go. STAY AWAY if you can. If you want excuses rather than good service this is the place to go!

Had a time set up through insurance company & rental company. I was refused for service after already being in touch w/ Quality Autobody previously. On day of scheduled work to be assessed I was refused service. Don’t waste your time, effort, energy & money with this company. Better off with another autobody shop. Don’t waste your time!
