I was extremely happy with my visit. Kevin was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with all the answers I asked. I found Big Al's very honest and very fair priced. This was my first visit and yes I will return. Rich, who worked on my truck, actually came in and explained what was going on and showed me the actual bad parts. Nice, friendly guys. They know what they're doing. Prices are way below competitors. They even work on motorcycles, so when my husband needs them, they'll be there.

My last visit was today and as always, they are impressive and my van is running well again. All three of my vehicles are serviced here and I cannot say enough good about them all. Some of the problems with my vehicles have been frustrating to resolve, yet they worked patiently to fix them all. Today, after the work on my van was completed, I brought my Subaru in because I had a slow leak in one of the tires. They fixed it for free!! THAT is the service I get from this shop and I will always support them.
