All 4 of my wheels were damaged in the same way while getting tires mounted at Midas in Warrenton, VA. There are now scratches on the outer surface of each wheel. Mike, the owner, said that there was no way that they could have done the damage and offered to have it corrected by a third party at a cost of $360 to me. As other customers have experienced in other reviews, Mike was arrogant and rude - to the point of arguing with another customer on the phone while I waited to pick up my now damaged vehicle. I won't be going back for my own reasons but also because Mike told me that he would not service my vehicles in the future.

Tom is the best. He knows cars and shoots straight. Takes care of his customers like family. If he can't fix it, he will send you to the right place or take it there himself. He will get the work done while you are at work in dc; by offering to pick up and drop off your car at the train station.

Jack and Darlene Clark are who you want to take your car to. Their staff of highly skilled mechanics know exactly what they're doing, no matter what the problem is. My wife and I have been taking our cars to Chantilly Automotive for over 5 years now at the recommendation of a co-worker. I have met with Bill, the owner, and Chris and Sonny; each of them has been fair, knowledgeable, and courteous every time we have taken our cars there. I think they deserve much better than the 2 and 1 star ratings they received several years ago. They used to offer a shuttle service to my work a few years ago, but had to cut back when the recession hit. However, my wife and I make it work to take our cars there because they are so reliable.
