I too am a car guy (former mechanic in fact) and was very impressed with Bill’s integrity and ability. I rarely have time to do the work my self these days, so I will be relying on EuroService Automotive again in the future.

After moving my 1990 Corvette up from Florida, I was looking for a shop to take care of it. I was charged over $1000 labor for what seemed to me about 3 hours work. I asked my FL mechanic (who has performed all work since I bought the car) to review the invoice. My suspicions were confirmed when he said Walter is a clown and a ripoff artist. Needless to say, my efforts to get a sensible invoice or justification of a 100% inflated invoice have been met with stonewalling and now silence. This shop is anything but professional. Move on if you value the contents of your wallet.

I was very happy with my experience at Luray Import Service. Randy gave me all my options regarding the job - whether or not to do the water pump, after-market v/s dealer parts, etc. - and the pros and cons of each. He was able to answer all of my questions and was always available. His invoice was detailed and easy to read. And the price was considerably less than what I was quoted in Northern Virginia.
