Jump starts service near Woodbridge, VA

My car was making a rattling noise when I started it. They did an oil change and said that fixed the issue. Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.

I too am a car guy (former mechanic in fact) and was very impressed with Bill’s integrity and ability. I rarely have time to do the work my self these days, so I will be relying on EuroService Automotive again in the future.

After moving my 1990 Corvette up from Florida, I was looking for a shop to take care of it. I was charged over $1000 labor for what seemed to me about 3 hours work. I asked my FL mechanic (who has performed all work since I bought the car) to review the invoice. My suspicions were confirmed when he said Walter is a clown and a ripoff artist. Needless to say, my efforts to get a sensible invoice or justification of a 100% inflated invoice have been met with stonewalling and now silence. This shop is anything but professional. Move on if you value the contents of your wallet.

Superior has been my garage for over a decade based on a recommendation from another satisfied customer. Rob & Bob do a good job listening to the work I want done, describing the work they identify that needs to be done, and then completing the work on time. I recommend them to all my friends. I have taken my 02 Passat to them a couple of times for repairs and have received good service both over the phone and in person. The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

This is one of my favorite places in Lake Ridge. Today Adam helped prove why. He repaired my hopeless WHEELBARROW TIRE in less than 20 minutes! I am back in home yard business and Lake Ridge Auto has come through once again!!! Love this place!!! Mary N. Occoquan, VA

John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....

Hall's is my first stop when I have issues with my wife's mid-size SUV or my full-size truck. They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)

Tom is the best. He knows cars and shoots straight. Takes care of his customers like family. If he can't fix it, he will send you to the right place or take it there himself. He will get the work done while you are at work in dc; by offering to pick up and drop off your car at the train station.

I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. From day one, J & F has exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service, taking the time to explain to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be repaired asap and what can wait. I am a fanatic when it comes to my car and they understand that. They are what an automotive repair shop should strive to model themselves after.
