DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my car in to get tires changed over. I have low profile tires and they are difficult to mount but I expected a professional business to know how. Boy was I wrong. I got the car back and all 4 rims were scratched all the way around the lip. I went and got the manager and he said he was the one that mounted these. He then started saying look at how dirty the rims were and I obviously didnt take care of them so I had probably done that. I was getting so angry I just walked away and later just decided to cut my loses and let it go. 2 Months later I had 2 tires go flat on me. I had it towed to the closest shop and they took a look and said Wow the beads on the inside and out were damaged because of improper mounting. I went back to Midas and showed them the other shops written statement and said all I wanted was reimbursed for the tow and the new tires that was put on. He blew me off and said no. Long story short, I would not trust them with my car and the manager does not care about customer service or satisfaction.

My car was just falling apart! With only 110,000 miles on it, I felt like it was just done. I took it to AIR and they looked it over really well. They gave me a long list and explained what needed to be done now and what should be done soon. Its back on the road and I'm saving up for the rest. I like the way they took the time to explain the maintenance and repair necessary It took some time to repair, but I like that they got it done right.

I had some radiator hoses replaced at another national repair shop. However, I began losing coolant and took the car back twice. The first time I was told that the reason was that there was an air bubble in the line. The second time I was told that the radiator leaked and a new one would cost just over $450. The car was not put on a lift to check for leaks. There was no pressure check. The evaluation was based on a few snail trails of dried coolant around the radiator cap. I took my car to Midas on Gravelly Lake Drive in Lakewood, WA for a second opinion. The car was placed on a lift twice. They did a pressure check and told me that if there was, in fact, a leak the pressure check would identify the location. Eric came into the waiting room, and I expected him to confirm the need to replace the radiator. He said he would be happy to replace it, but thought that a new radiator cap would resolve my problem. I bought a $10 radiator cap and haven't lost a drop of coolant in the three weeks since I visited Midas. What a pleasant experience dealing with an honest repair shop. You can be assured that my future automotive needs will be taken to this Midas dealer.

They performed work on my rear differential. Barely 20 days later it was broken. I am in the military and had moved to my new duty station. Meineke refused to honor the warranty even though there were meineke's in the area and my new local meineke said faulty maintenance was the cause of the break down. DO NOT TRUST THIS MEINEKE'S WORK. Their customer service was great until you ask them to stand behind their work.

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. Fixed my bad brakes that were making noise. They fixed it and they work great. Car seems to stop better then ever. Also found a screw in my tire and fixed that before it was a bigger problem.

I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly.
