Raymond “Moose” Weatherford has been serving the local JBLM and Lakewood area for more than 20 years. His love for automobiles began during his childhood, working on cars in the backyard in Arizona where he was born and raised. Moose and his wife, Kathy, were re-located to Washington by the U.S. Army when he was stationed at Fort Lewis. He has worked on all makes models, along with restoring classics such as a 1956 Chevrolet Shorty Wagon and 1972 Lemans Sport. He has been ASE Master Mechanic for over 30 years professionally, and was also an instructor for the State of Washington Emissions program.

Moose has been married to his wife Kathy for over 30 years and together they have two grown children, Tia and Daniel. He was a Cub Master, Webolos Leader and a Boy Scout Leader in local Cub and Boy Scout Units. When you come in the door, you are most likely to see Moose being followed by his shadows: Scrappy Doo, Chee Chee, Moose Baby or Maynard. These 4 lovable pugs are never far from his side!
