Signature has done all my repairs for the last 10 years. They are extremely professional & their rates are reasonable. The team — Rick & Eric & the service technicians — is top-notch. I can't recommend Signature any more highly.

I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. I feel like I can trust these guys which is all to often not how I feel when I have been to mechanics in the past over the years. Thanks Rali-Round, keep up the good work! Jason Elkins

No fishing for extra work, or looking for other "problems" to fix. In fact, the opposite--they noticed some missing bolts on the skid plate, and replaced them free of charge. MotoVac service went longer than expected due to a seized fuel line, but they stuck to the original quoted price instead of dinging me for the extra shop time. Nice to finally find a shop worth recommending and returning to!

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Hopefully I don't have another car problem anytime soon, but when I do, I'm definitely coming back to Hermann's! -Marina Howell

Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I know I can trust Eric and his team to do the best job possible. Jodi
