Service Provided
I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

Outstanding Service and Courtesy
Outstanding service and courtesy! Mike, Marcus, and the other staff have come through for me time and time again. They even took their lunch break to help me out. They saved me over $1,000 from a "fix" that another shop said my truck needed. It did not. Their fix cost less than one third and worked well. Brian R. Redmond, WA

Best Shop in the Area!
