The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. The price they estimated seemed reasonable and they did the work for me. The final bill was over half less than the dealership quoted. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I know I can trust Eric and his team to do the best job possible. Jodi

The next day Daniel diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly (radiator). He communicated effectively and enthusiastically. We were able to leave Seattle on schedule.
