Suburban service near Chuckanut, WA

We worked with Jim in the past for some repairs on our grandam, he was great to work with but that was many years ago. Over the years we always recommended Jim for repairs to other people. Well no more! We called and talked to some rude women about putting a new steering box in our 1968 camaro, she said she would check and call back. When she called back for more information and then she talked to a rude guy in the shop and he appeared to know nothing about the car. The lady said she would have to look to see what the rate would be and would call back. Well that was a few weeks ago. Nothing! Very poor customer service!

Always friendly & ready to help. Knows what he's talking about. Will make a house call if needed. His prices are excellent. I trust him with all the work on my car. He respects me as a woman & makes sure I understand all that needs done.

Very impressed! Fast, friendly & efficient service. He came to my location and did a great job. Even vacuumed out the car when he was done. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. Worked flawlessly with my insurance insurance company.

Horrible experience here, never will go back! Tried to make me sell them the car I brought in multiple times after telling them I’m not selling. Place has really gone down hill. Years ago this was the go to place for everything. Now it’s just a let me rip you off place
