My car was just falling apart! With only 110,000 miles on it, I felt like it was just done. I took it to AIR and they looked it over really well. They gave me a long list and explained what needed to be done now and what should be done soon. Its back on the road and I'm saving up for the rest. I like the way they took the time to explain the maintenance and repair necessary It took some time to repair, but I like that they got it done right.

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Hopefully I don't have another car problem anytime soon, but when I do, I'm definitely coming back to Hermann's! -Marina Howell

I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I know I can trust Eric and his team to do the best job possible. Jodi

Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. They replaced them, did all the periphery work, changed the oil, checked all the fluids and a general safety check. I trust their work. David S. Seattle Wa 2006 Chevy Express Van

I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. They gave her a fair and honest estimate, and fixed her Saab great. I couldn't recommend higher. They will get our business for as long as she keeps her Saab. Lamont S. Bellingham, WA

I am a female. Just because I am a female does not mean that the female behind the counter can ask me if I know anything about cars and when I responded with I have some knowledge but not extensive and get a rude comment of "I am not going to waste my time in telling you what is wrong with the car but it is going to cost you $900 and we already started the work". I asked her to explain to me what was wrong with the car and she would not tell me anything! As a customer, if I ask you to tell me exactly how you are going to repair this so called $900 repair I expect a detailed response. After multiple attempts of asking what is wrong with the car and paying $150 for the diagnostic, I got nothing. I told them to put my car back together and I will go elsewhere. The result of going elsewhere was the battery needed to be replaced, paid $47. Problem solved. I have no idea how this shop is still open! HORRIBLE AND RUDE!!

After calling around and getting help from family and friends I decided to have my wifes 2009 Grand Caravan towed to Aamco in Puyallup. Actually, they towed it for free. I knew it needed transmission work, because it wasn't shifting up out of 2nd gear. They did some diagnostic stuff, which was also free, and found that the solenoid pack for the transmission was not operating properly. The reason I decided to write this review is because I don't know anything about transmissions, and they could have told me anything they wanted to, and I would have believed it. They didn't though. They could have told me I needed a whole transmission rebuild and I would have just said okay. What they did do was be honest and only recommended that the solenoids be replaced along with a transmission service. WOW!!!!! An actual honest shop. We are sooooo inpressed. Insread of $3500.00, we only paid $593.72, and the van drives as good as new. We will definatly be doing all of our repairs at this shop in the future and they get our thanks and highest recommendation.
