He gave me an exact quote before he started the work. He got the work done quickly and I paid him. He came to my location. Now my V-10 is purring like a kitten. I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank.
