Monte did a quick check, told me the exact price. Installed to new Coils & Spark Plug Assemblies. The Speed Sensor Checked out okay so he reset the Check Engine Light. He gave me an exact quote before he started the work. He got the work done quickly and I paid him. He came to my location. Now my V-10 is purring like a kitten. I bought my Ford Ranger to Denton Restoration for repair work to the driver's side door and a radiator leak. Both were fixed in a timely matter and a reasonable price. They treated me very well and performed the work as they outlined when the vehicle was dropped off. I highly recommend Denton Restoration for body and mechanical work.

I've always taken my vehicles to Olympic Automotive and I have always been pleased with the work they do. I had some problems with my rear brakes and instead of just selling me expensive new calipers they went to the effort of cleaning them and re-lubricating to see if this would solve the problem and it did. That saved me over $1,000 because BMW parts are so expensive. They also loaned me a Nisaan for the day at no charge! This was all same day service too, I didn't even schedule an appointment but they took care of me. It kind of amazes me the polarity between the reviews, you never know the type of people who write the bad or good reviews but some people are just unreasonable and you can't trust what they say. All that I can personally say is that Olympic Automotive always treats me well and I would (and have) recommended them to other people.

Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price.
