We use LK auto repair for our work truck maintenance and repairs. The service is great! They always give us an inspection report with details on all the upcoming maintenance priorities. I regret taking my truck to gene. First of all he was very rude and condescending to me, he talked to as if I knew nothing about my truck simply because I am a woman. I took my ford f150 to him for new brakes and he put on the wrong brake pads!!! Within 1 day of getting it back, the brakes were completely shot as they had been way over heated trying to stop my truck. I almost rear ended someone when they went out! I had he also re-build the transmission. This took over a week which seemed a little long to me, but he is a 1 man shop, no one else works there, which also seems odd to me now that I think back on it.... Long story short, I paid $5,000 for his services, he called to tell me that he had also found some bad wiring that needed to be placed, and that I needed a new radiator!!! I had had no previous issues with these parts before I took my truck to him. Long story short, I had to take my truck to ford for the brakes and talked gene's car care over with their service reps

Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work.
