The work that was done on last visit was done properly, albeit very expensive. I received a Quote for more work that needed to be done. I contacted other Subaru Repair Shops and got their quotes....They all come in at 50% or more less for exactly the same work. I was disappointed, as I have been going to All Wheel Drive for several years. I trusted them. I understand that AWD needs to make money, but charging 50% more is over the top for me. They have lost me as a customer.

I had immediate help when my car wouldn't start. We ran up against a weekend and a holiday. However, they got the work done in a reasonable timeframe and one of the things we really appreciated was their communication with us. They took time to talk with us, explain the situation and also returned calls. Hockett and Olsen went above and beyond to help us. They have managed to keep our very old cars running. We will continue to use their services in the future.

I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.

Hands down best experience I've had at an automotive shop. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the near future :)

Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last month. I was impressed once again with their attention to detail, clear and thorough communication, and outstanding diagnostic and repair work. These people are great. They're patient and courteous no matter how silly or technical I feel my question They explain so I understand.
