Emission station needed document from ES repair garage in order to serve the customer whom had had service performed on their vehicle and needed a copy of the invoice in order for the state emission station to waive the vehicle so that the customer could register their vehicle When this happens in many cases the invoice takes a long time to be sent to the emission station, inconveniencing the emission station, and the customer who cannot register their vehicle without completing that which needs to be done at the emission station. ES send the document straight away and we were able to accommodate the customer immediately. This was extremely helpful. Most garages do not consider this a priority as they had already been paid, and get to sending it when it's convenient. In this case ES had a sense of urgency and took care of it, and thereby their customer and the emission tech and we were very grateful

Fantastic Customer Experience

This was the best car service experience I've ever had. The culture the new ownership has built here is amazing. It is all about the customer and long term retention. I felt 100% confident I was treated fairly and the pricing was great. The owner ordered lunch for the team and even ended up feeding me while I waited. This is like service I would have expected in the glory days of small businesses!!!!!! If they can handle my high end Porsche this well I have no doubt they are great at any car.
