Electrical repair service near Kent, WA

These people are great. They're patient and courteous no matter how silly or technical I feel my question They explain so I understand. They seem to be on my side too, one place told me I needed expensive services and Laura explained exactly how and why I did not need what they said. I trust them completely.

This shop was happy to help me with my breakdown- They were really too busy to replace my alternator that day- but they did not bother to tell me that until that nightwhen I was hoping to have my car back but instead was stranded. Then they overcharged me for the repair as well as added in a 20 dollar environmental fee even though they did not change any fluis or dispose of any used parts or tires. When I challenged them on the environmental fee- they explained that everyone gets charged that - I guess that is why they don't have to disclose it as part of the estimate. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! they are not honest and will take advantage of you- Cost 556 dollars to change a 200 dollar alternator.

We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

One of the best auto shops I've ever been to! You can tell they genuinely care and aren't just trying to make a quick buck off of you. From the moment I walked in, till the moment I left I felt well taken care of! The little blond girl at the front desk was so sweet and made sure I was getting the best price. 10/10 I recommend. What a great experience. I was referred by another very well respected automotive mechanic shop in the area when my original choice wasn't able to fit me in. I was looking at a used car for our daughter and had Dodds do the checkup. Not only were they able to fit me in with my very narrow time constraint, they did a detailed inspection and had it done within the hour. They walked me through what they'd found on the phone (I was in Seattle) and gave me a very honest opinion and realistic quote for the work that would be needed. In addition to all of the above, they refused to charge me anything for their work! I really couldn't believe it. Though we decided against that particular vehicle, I will definitely keep Dodds in my phone as a "go-to" shop for the Tacoma area and would recommend them without reservation. A great find.
